Every
effort is made to get your package to you in
perfect condition and in a timely manner.
All sales are considered final at time of purchase,

returns and refunds must be requested within 15
days of shipment or we will not be able to process
them.
If a package is received with a damaged products, please
contact us right away and we will file a claim with
the shipper and issue a replacement.
If what you received is not what you ordered, contact
us and we will make arrangements to quickly replace
the received item with the invoiced item.
If for some other special reason you need to return
a product, it must be unopened and unused and in it's
original condition.
If you need to return a product, report damage, or
you received a wrong item email us at sales@worldgiftsource.com with
your order information & phone number and one of
our customer service reps will get back to you as soon
